Cyber Champions Program Description

Cyber Champion Levels

GOLD – For an annual (August 2013 – August 2014) investment of $20,000, Gold Cyber Champions receive:

  • A named Cyber Scholar and Mentee – i.e.“XYZ Company Cyber Scholar”
  • Sponsorship of two of the following events: the Fall Networking Event, the Cyber Scholars and Affiliates Event, Spring into Leadership or Cyber 101
  • An invitation to give two guest lectures at the weekly Cyber Practicum
  • An annual company visit where Cyber Scholars visit your company to learn about job opportunities and company culture
  • Sponsorship of the annual Cyber Day, a showcase of student research
  • An invitation to participate in the Cyber Scholar mentoring program
  • An invitation to participate in Scholar Selection Day
  • Your company logo and link on website
  • Recognition in the program’s newsletter

SILVER – For an annual investment of $10,000, Silver Cyber Champions receive:

  • Recognition as a donor to the general scholarship fund that supports the Cyber Scholars
  • Sponsorship of one of the following events: the Fall Networking Event, the Cyber Scholars and Affiliates Event, Spring into Leadership or Cyber 101
  • An invitation to give a guest lecture at weekly Cyber Practicum
  • An annual company visit where Cyber Scholars visit your company to learn about job opportunities and company culture
  • Sponsorship of the annual Cyber Day, a showcase of student research
  • An invitation to participate in the Cyber Scholar mentoring program
  • An invitation to participate in Scholar Selection Day
  • Your company logo and link on website
  • Recognition in the program’s newsletter

Small Business (fewer than 100 employees) – We are very interested in providing opportunities for small businesses to interact and collaborate with the Cyber Scholars and the Center for Cyber Security. For an annual investment of $1,000, smaller companies will receive:

  • Your company logo and link on website
  • Recognition in program’s newsletter
  • Invitations to events: the Fall Networking Event, the Cyber Scholars and Affiliates Event, Spring into Leadership, the Cyber Leadership Event and the Cyber Day, a showcase of student research
